Investigations do not exonerate people.
An investigation launched with the intent to exonerate is not an investigation; it is an exoneration.
“Innocent until
proven guilty,” is the standard of law, not “suspected until investigated into exoneration.”
When did this “investigation to exonerate” gerrymander happen?
It’s as if you are a racist if you refuse to “denounce” racism.
It is so backwards. Today’s definition of “Liberal,” is the opposite of Ronald Reagan’s “Liberal.”
People pretend that the Speaker of the House has some semblance of statesmanship! People want to take peoples’ guns using people who have guns to take those guns away. Everybody can pay a cell phone bill, but we can’t identify who is voting where or how many times?
People think that there are two sides: CNN or FOX; “Trumpers” or … what do they call the other side? (Seriously.).
Members of one side are not constitutionalists.
The other side tends to be comprised of constitutionalists.
Whilst the constitution is the rule of law, why is following the rule of law bad, and why is circumventing the voting system using courts, (instead of the legislature, as per the US Constitution,) regarded as correct when it is exactly the opposite of what the law says? (Rhetorical query).
Why is it, “divide the country for four years,” then in one night say,
“Oh, forget about all the division we actively engage in, let’s come together as one nation;…
(And in the same breath,) but we are going to put small business owners in jail (illegally) because our side of the isle does not follow the law anymore; and we want to punish those who elected us instead of protecting them?
Felons are not allowed to vote, but they are asked to pay taxes? That is, “Taxation without Representation,”; ”cut-and-dried”.
It is You and I who put up with this shit.
One side is unconsolable, therefore proclaim hating one man as the necessary means to an undefined ends.
Name one person you know who voted for George Bush, Jr. for his second term! … !!!
Did You? (Please, comment if you did, because I claim that zero people voted for Mr. Mission Accomplished that second time around!)
Did any person actually vote for that man then? … !!!
How did Biden out-preform Obama in votes? How is that even palpable?
Why, when tens of thousands of people, senators, citizens, councilmen, (ect.,…) describe what the saw on voting night, other people say, “no, you did not see that.”?
How is that acceptable in free culture?
I would suggest that we wouldn’t allow our children to act the way that we, adults, do, but,… take a look around!
… the, “fuck you mom,” generation has actually been seated in congress (actively in effigy) for the past few years.
The two party system is defunct, untrustworthy, archaic and fundamentally corrupt. That is the function of a third party- as a mediator.
Right now, it is insane one way or the other- right or left; and No Middle ground.
Take a look at the universities. Close to 87% of professors are democratic-leaning; and much of their ideals have leached the college culture of diversity, challenge, realism and actual scholastics! When politics dictates the commencement of any educational forum, it no longer remains to be education, but becomes pure editorialization
“Call me, ‘zer or they’, or go to jail for, ‘hate’!”
Whenever laws are created to either dictate or stifle speech, the immediate and ultimate result is totalitarianism and a New Dark Age.
It is now, “Put a non-surgical mask on, or get into the gas chambers!” Those are the only two, culturally created options.
Where are the mediators; where is the middle ground?
When did the rule of law become the enemy and the pestilence of some oligarchic anarchy become the monarch of this great nation for which Abraham Lincoln’s struggled?
