The Old Man In The Sea’s Journal:
As church services end and we return to our (secular) lives outside of the buildings’ doors, we tend to slip from The Path.
We make excuses for acting on our selfish desires, then, our selfish actions.
As in ROMANS 7:5, when we are in the moment of sin, we bear fruit for death, so each selfish action puts a crack in the cornerstone of The Temple.
If we correct our selfish tendencies by training our minds and bodies, we draw a new blueprint; we build a new temple.
As in ROMANS 7:4, we support each other and die to our old ways, bearing fruit for love.
As in ROMANS 6:21, your petty actions and words reign-you-in toward death. Speaking and acting nicely allows your soul to be met as grace.
