Watch breath right now, visualizing pushing the Chi down constantly- from above the pecks pushing down to the Dan Tien.

This dynamic tension is centered from pushing from the palms (iron wire/ Iron Palm,) using Upward chi of Earth to counter-balance.

Breathing is the never-ending river that orchestrates chi wherever it is instantaneously needs.
