The Status Quo of the American Workforce

One way these people keep their jobs is by purposely creating a haphazardly difficult environment which chases-away any self-respecting, professional help, leaving you with unskilled, non-dedicated, substandard workforce; and you remove their incentive to become better horsemen and to make the lives of the horses more enjoyable by coercing them to work seven days a week with NEVER a day off; and you pay them as little as possible with no suggestion of a pay-raise as a result of dedication and hard work.
