A Traveling Monk’s Book: a fictional tale,… or is it?
We are missionaries.
We travel from town to town, from country to country. We are men of quest. Afoot, we are, “The Walking Man.” Tradition honors us: Better recognized when on horseback, we are “The Single-Hander”. We are Poor Fellow Soldiers of Christ.
The degree of our angle on life depends on our devotion to securing the messages we have been rewarded to receive.
But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.
EPHESIANS 5:12-19

Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
