“Even from an emotionless, pure utilitarian position we should aspire to make a world as far from slavery as possible, where everyone has sufficient opportunity to achieve…”
“Today thousands of pure geniuses die unknown to the world in the infinite sweatshops out there.
Even from an emotionless, pure utilitarian position we should aspire to make a world as far from slavery as possible, where everyone has sufficient opportunity to achieve what they want. This will benefit everyone from the fruits of innovation.
The economic institutions we maintained then, and even what we have now, have prevented and will continue to prevent us from achieving this equity however…”
Yes, God has made me poor in the pocketbook but wealthy in spirit.
Some Visible Ghost Nibbles
The culture we live in seems strange and weak. People peer around and find everything to be strange while applying a weak predisposition; … scared, they are! People seem angry in a curious way; and people seem curious in an angry way.
Men look at me angrily- a self-hating mechanism. They are angry at the unknown, jealous imagination of me.
“Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good, to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and always to be gentle to everyone.”
“Our Father Which art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass upon us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil; for thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever. Amen”
Went from being on top of the world and having a defined future back to being all alone and desolate in three days. I’m not a cry baby. Sometimes, I feel I deserve better, but I am humble to understand that it has
A “Transitional Person is: “A person who breaks unhealthy, harmful, abusive or unfortunate learned behaviors and replaces them with proactive, helpful, effective behaviors. This person models positive behaviors and passes on effective habits that strengthen and build others in positive ways.”
” all observation
must be for or against some view
if it is to be of any service.”
“There was much talk that geologists ought only observe and not theorize; and I will remember someone saying that at this rate, a man might as well go into a gravel-pit and count the pebbles and describe the colors.
How odd it is that anyone should not see that all observation must be for or against some view if it is to be of any service.”
“The fundamental maxims of her policy would insensibly change from liberty to force. “
“America goes not abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She is a well-wisher of freedom and independence of all. She is the champion and vindicator of only her own. She will commend the general cause by the countenance of her voice, and the benign sympathy of her example. She well knows that by once enlisting under other banners than her own, were they even the banners of foreign independence; should would involve herself beyond the powers of extrication, in all wars of interest and intrigue, of envy and ambition, which assume the colors and usurp the standard of freedom.
The fundamental maxims of her policy would insensibly change from liberty to force. She might become a dictatress of the world. We would no longer be the ruler of her own spirit.”
In a world where doing wrong is seen as being correct and where being correct is treated as being revolutionary or argumentative, those of us who have maintained our moral rectitude currently relate less and less to our fellow humans. I have belabored, “The Dunning Kruger Affect,” to the extent of mocking my fellow man.
It confused and angered me. I did not know how to deal with people in my daily life in a cordial way anymore. It felt like I was surrounded by idiots and that I was the only person who cared to make myself and the world around me better.
My good friend, Don Adams, explained it to me. Don said this to me:
“You are surrounded by grown men who have child’s minds.”
Don Adams
The Pareto Principle keeps bounding around inside my head. Realizing that there is no escaping this paradigm, this reality, I have sought coping mechanisms to attempt to maintain being courteous surrounded by a world of discourteous people. I have found no useful tools to dissuade my resentful knowing of these people.
“Because of the Lord’s anger she will not be inhabited but will be completely desolate. All who pass Babylon will be appalled; they will scoff because of all her wounds. ‘Take up your positions around Babylon, all you who draw the bow. Shoot at her! Spare no arrows, for she has sinned against the Lord. Shout against her on every side! She surrenders, her towers fall, her walls are torn down. Since this is the vengeance of the Lord, take vengeance on her; do to her as she has done to others. Cut off from Babylon the sower, and the reaper with his sickle at harvest. Because of the sword of the oppressor let everyone return to their own people, let everyone flee to their own land.'”
Uses the Holy Bible As His 24 Inch Rule The Tribal Scribe divides his day into three parts, using the guise of the Entered Tyler’s appearance of Ignorance to comport himself in The Way (The Tao) by an of example. He writes what he has seen, what has been and what will be.
“After this , I will return
and rebuild David’s fallen tent.”
This is the beginning of, or cornerstone of, the Temple. As the Sela Hammahlkoth is a fresh, encouraging Attitude, the destination is exactly that Unknown Feeling! ‘Tis a school, this project. ACTS 15:16 is not the journey. The destination is its own mystery.

“After this , I will return and rebuild David’s Fallen Tent.”
“Such is the decree of destiny. If the people are content with freedom of conscious and constitutional liberty, it will be well. If, going to the other extreme, they plunge into universal doubt and anarchy, let us hope that this may be but a step in the process of spiritual and political regeneration. For us, the only law is, to fulfill our duty.”
-LEGENDA XXXII
“Blue Masonry neither remembers its duty, nor knows its powers. It can neither prevent political convolutions, nor avert the horrors of civil war. When these rage, it’s voice is not uplifted to still the storm; but it withdrawals into its cells and asyla, hoping to emerge again when the skies are clear once more, to renew its self-glorification, and weary men with its idle vanities.”
“Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?
But you have dishonored the poor. Is it not the rich who are exploiting you? Are they not the ones who are dragging you into court?
“There is no care or cross of our daily labor, but was especially ordained to nurture in us patience, calmness, resolution, perseverance, gentleness, disinterestedness, magnanimity.
Nor is there any tool or implement of toil, but is a part of the great spiritual instrumentality.”
“Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap. For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth.
Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before theSon of Man.”
“I don’t see how you can respect yourself if you must look in the hearts and minds of others for your happiness.”
“We are all alone, born alone, die alone, and—in spite of True Romance magazines— we shall all someday look back on our lives and see that, in spite of our company, we were alone the whole way.
I do not say lonely— at least, not all the time— but essentially, and finally, alone.
This is what makes your self-respect so important, and I don’t see how you can respect yourself if you must look in the hearts and minds of others for your happiness.”
“I have listened attentively, but they do not say what is right. None of them repent of their wickedness, saying, “What have I done?” Each pursues their own course like a horse charging into battle.”
1882, coined (along with telæsthesia) by English psychologist Frederic Myers, literally “feeling from afar,” from tele– + -pathy. The noun telepath is an 1889 back-formation.
“figurative treatment of an unmentioned subject under the guise of another similar to it in some way,” late 14c., allegorie, from Old French allegorie(12c.), from Latin allegoria, from Greek allegoria “figurative language, description of one thing under the image of another,” literally “a speaking about something else,” from allos “another, different” (from PIE root *al– (1) “beyond”) + agoreuein “speak openly, speak in the assembly,” from agora”assembly” (see agora). Related: Allegorist.
“Summon archers against Babylon, all those who draw the bow. Encamp all around her; let no one escape. Repay her for her deeds; do to her as she has done. … Therefore, her young men will fall in the streets; all her soldiers will be silenced in that day,”

I ate at a restaurant today; and there was no knife on the table. I used my pocket knife. The owner of the place got all nervous and started acting scared and giving me the “side-eye”. I’ve used my knife

“Before 1307 the Knights Templar – together with the Knights of St. John of Jeruzalem and in part the Teutonic Knights (these two were originally charitable orders) – were leading organizations behind the crusades in the middle east.”
“In 1523 the Turkish siege of Cyprus put the Knights Hospitaller on the move again, and they found refuge in Malta, given to them by the Holy Roman Emperor Charles V, where they became known as the Knights of Malta or the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. Napoleon’s invasion of Malta in 1798 forced the Sovereign Military Order into a diaspora, and today it exists as scattered branches throughout the world.”
“But one son of Ahimelek son of Ahitub, named Abiathar, escaped and fled to join David. He told David that Saul had killed the priests… Then David said to Abiathar, “That day, when Doeg the Edomite was there, I knew he would be sure to tell Saul. I am responsible for the death of your whole family. Stay with me; don’t be afraid.
The man who wants to kill you is trying to kill me too. You will be safe with me.'”

“I know very little about kung fu, but I can teach you a few breathing techniques that, after you’ve mastered them, you will find your power increases.”
“…it renders everybody equally responsible for the structure adopted by the group…”
If both Science and Religion have become a disservice, What is left?
Chip Van Hassel
To allow “scientists,” to retain the privilege which they have gained in some measure over time, without holding individual scientists accountable for their words would accomplish these two things: 1. It would render science a disservice. 2. It would render society a disservice.
“…There is a secret In the simplest things, a wonder in the plainest…”
“A world of spiritual objects, influences, and relations lies around us all. We all vaguely deem it to be so; but he only lives a charmed life, like that of genius and poetic inspiration, who communes with the spiritual scene around him, hears the voice of the spirit in every sound, sees its signs in every passing form of things, and feels its impulse in all action, passion, and being.
Very near to us lies the mines of wisdom; unsuspected they lie all around us. There is a secret In the simplest things, a wonder in the plainest, a charm in the dullest.”
“The hour of proving one’s self is always afoot!”
-Chip Van Hassel
“The million occasions will come to us all, in the ordinary paths of our life, in our homes, and by our firesides, wherein we may act as nobly, as if, all our life long, we led armies, sat in senates, or visited beds of sickness and pain. Varying every hour, the million occasions will come in which we may
restrain our passions, subdue our hearts to gentleness and patience, resign our own interest for another’s advantage, speak words of kindness and wisdom, raise the fallen, cheer the fainting and sick in spirit, and soften and assuage the weariness and bitterness of their mortal lot.”
Human nature is funny in that two people can read the same words on the page, and, even though they are on the same page, they still read the words differently.
There is always an independent variable- which is not open for interpretation.
Jesus comes down and touches someone’s heart and someone’s soul; and they will show mercy. A lot of people don’t have the strength to hold their faith until that last hour. Jesus held his faith until the last hour on the cross. That’s when miracles happen-
…”the body, the mind, the spirit,
flows as does water.”…
It starts with the in-breath and begins in the out-breath. The continuous cycle is it’s own revolution, it’s own change. Hardened by it’s own hardness, the body, the mind, the spirit, flows as does water. Water can wear rock away even though rock can stop water. Perserverence of the flow proves phusical changd- Maybe just a dent, of deed.
So, after the Doug Fout Debacle, I ended up dealing with the frustrating pain and anguish of dealing with the Florida Gaming Commission. The red-tape of bullshit brings a man’s tolerance to it’s knees as he listens to people tell him,
“I understand. I’m sorry, and I understand; but I cannot help you.
Lemme transfer you to somebody else who understands, is sorry, but,… they won’t help you, either!”
“In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehend it not. There was a man sent…whose name was, ‘John.’ The same came for a witness to bear witness of the light,…
He was not that light, but was sent to bear witness of that light.
That was the true light, that lighteth every man that cometh into the world.”
“To Comport,” refers to your physical posture, first, then, to your words; for your Actions precede words forever. The Tongue must physically move before any sound may come out.
“Chaplain Bob smiled as he handed me a ten dollar bill from his wallet.”
His name is Chaplain Bob Miller. I cold-called him, asking for help one day. When he returned my call, he was driving back from the airport with his wife; they had just arrived home from Cuba.
Bob was warm and inviting. He understood my situation. He had a lot on his plate at the time, but he took a couple of moments to meet with me and briefly listen to my quandary. Little did he know,
Is was so much more serious than
George and Seinfeld’s
“One tuck and one No Tuck” scenario.
I have become the Midnight Ghost. A ghost is invisible. At midnight,… what happens?
Patti used to be a friend of mine. I ended up cutting ties with her in response to her posting pictures of herself wearing a Boy Scout uniform- the Shirt not tucked in.
Is was so much more serious than George and Seinfeld’s “One tuck and one No Tuck” scenario.
It came down to the root of the tree, the trunk of the matter and leaves everybody disconnected from each other.
“Let Go of any reigns which are not currently in your hands!”
Expecting the Impossible
“A Trainer can give enough instructions to paralyze the rider.” The best way to find synchronicity is to Trust, To Allow and to Let Go of any reigns which are not currently in your hands.
Chip Van Hassel
Many trainers expect perfection every second, every step. Elephants poop in the room whilst perfection is only witnessed briefly in moments displayed as result of training and effort towards the delayed gratification of raising to the next degree.
Chip Van Hassel
Too much is too much.
Perfection occurs only throughout humble circumstance.
“When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.”
When the man doesn't want
to deal with humanity,
He goes down to the trenches,
pushes weights from his benches,
And he clenches his fists.
When he hits a target, he hits it with a twist.
Trying to be as passive as the morning mist,
Feeling as aggressive
As a yellow jacket
when it's pissed.
